The 2010 Hotel Data Conference will be held at the Loews Nashville Vanderbilt Hotel on August 4-5, 2010. The dress code for the conference will be "jeans casual".
Room Reservations and Amenities
The hotel is offering special room rate of $140 plus tax (standard room) for conference attendees. This special rate will also be available for select nights before and after the conference to allow you to take advantage of the Nashville sights. Amenities
The Loews Vanderbilt Hotel offers dining options ranging from their own Eat restaurant to Ruth’s Chris Steak House. They also offer 24-hour in room dining. Hotel Location & Transportation
The hotel is located at 2100 West End Avenue, Nashville, Tennessee 37203. Attendees are eligible for complimentary roundtrip shuttle from the Nashville International Airport to the hotel provided by Gray Line. The shuttle operates every 30 minutes from 5am – 11pm. From baggage claim, take the escalators down to the Ground Transportation level and the Gray Line counter is to the left of the exit door. Taxi service is also offered from the Nashville International Airport at a rate approximately of $25 one way. For those driving or renting a vehicle, the hotel is offering a discounted self-parking rate of $10 per day.
